Ingredients:
- 300gm tomatoes,thinly sliced.
- ½ cucumber sliced.
- 100gm red onions, halved and thinly sliced.
- 1 fresh green chilli finally chopped.
- ½ tsp roasted ground cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp Kashmir chilli powder.
- Large handful of fresh coriander roughly chopped.
- Freshly ground black pepper.
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice or white wine vinegar.
- Lime wedges for display (optional)
