Ingredients: 300gm tomatoes,thinly sliced. ½ cucumber sliced. 100gm red onions, halved and thinly sliced. 1 fresh green chilli finally chopped. ½ tsp roasted ground cumin seeds ¼ tsp Kashmir chilli powder. Large handful of fresh coriander roughly chopped. Freshly ground black pepper. 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice or white wine vinegar. Lime wedges for display (optional)
Method: Layer the ingredients or gently tossed together just before serving. Lime wedges (optional) to finish.
